From a Song of Ice and Fire the four candidates to undermine Cersei: Margaery Tyrell with the golden Rose of Highgarden, Arianna Martell heir of Sunspear, Daenerys Targaryen the Unburnt Mother of Dragons, and Sansa Stark, lady of Winterfell.
I bet the "younger and more beautiful queen" will be Sansa.
